As a Marketing Coordinator for We Can Code IT, Tierra oversaw + coordinated all areas of marketing for each department. Developing and maintaining Google and Facebook digital advertising by creating strategies to increase leads and conversions. Mastering platforms such as WordPress + Hubspot Marketing to generate web content and produce email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and audience relationships. Producing copy and design materials needed to expand the brand's image + voice. She implemented strategies and processes to improve efficiency in marketing communications across departments in the organization.
Digital Experience Strategist
Digital Experience Strategist for the body: a home for love, a nonprofit organization for survivors of sexual assault, Tierra contributed her natural insights and knowledge to support them in establishing a clear strategy for connecting with + supporting their audience. Interests
You can either find me nose deep in a good book or binge-watching a great show! I love all things story..what can I say! I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, or just hanging out with my support team (fam + friends). I am also a certified yoga instructor establishing my own online yoga studio and teaching yoga within my community. Very often I enjoy exploring astrological birth charts and breaking down my family's sun, moon, and rising signs at gatherings. Yes, I'm that person! (p.s I'm an Aries sun, Sagittarius Moon, and Cancer Rising!) I'm a loving plant mom to 5+ plants in counting.
